We are a team of therapists brought together not only by the same psychotherapeutic training, but also by a shared journey of personal growth. Our professional paths crossed through a common desire to provide high-quality, accessible, and empathetic therapy (a supportive, helping conversation) for people seeking guidance during challenging periods of life.
What matters to us is creating a space where everyone feels accepted, understood, and safely guided on their path toward mental well-being.

I graduated from the Faculty of Biology at the University of South Bohemia, as well as from the Faculty of Education (teaching programs) at the same university in České Budějovice.
I have always been interested in nature, working with people (especially with children), and spirituality (understanding oneself).
For a short time, I taught and planned to pursue an academic career...

I have spent most of my professional life in education. I began as a teacher, took a few years’ detour into development, and eventually co-founded and, for nearly 15 years, served as the director of a private kindergarten and elementary school…

I hold a master’s degree in social work, but before deciding to pursue psychotherapy, I tried working as a flight attendant. And I must say—I enjoyed it so much that I ended up staying in the role longer than I originally planned…

You can first take your time to explore the therapists’ profiles. Then, choose an available time with the one you prefer in our booking system. Your therapist will confirm the appointment afterwards.

In your first session, your therapist will help you feel safe and comfortable. You will talk about what brings you here and set mutual expectations together.

You and your therapist will explore your topic and look for paths that make sense for you. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—you can talk about whatever is troubling you. The therapist will ask questions, but you set the direction of the conversation.

At the end of your first meeting, you will decide together whether and how to continue. Therapy is a process that unfolds according to your needs and pace.

Sometimes it may be useful to record the session (for the therapist’s use) or to include a reflecting team. These options are always discussed individually and only with your consent.

When you feel ready, you can easily choose an available slot in our booking system.
If you feel that your problems are affecting your daily life, relationships, work, or health, therapy can be a helpful step. You don’t need to wait until you are “at rock bottom”—psychotherapy can also support you with everyday challenges and personal growth.
The length of therapy depends on your needs. Some people need just a few sessions to resolve a specific issue, while others attend therapy long-term to work through deeper topics.
Some psychotherapeutic services may be covered by health insurance, usually if they are provided by a clinical psychologist. Private therapists typically work on a self-pay basis.
This depends on your needs and the agreement with your therapist. Usually, meetings take place once every 2 weeks, but this can vary depending on the intensity of work on a given topic.
No—you don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable with. Therapy is a safe space where you can move at your own pace.
Therapy is not just for adults—children and teenagers can also see a therapist. Children’s therapy focuses on helping with emotions, behavior, school issues, or family relationships.
Children’s therapy often includes:
Therapy for teenagers can help with:
Every therapist has their own focus—some work mainly with anxiety and depression, others with relationships or burnout. Check whether the therapist has experience with the issue you want to address.
Yes! Trust between client and therapist is essential. If you don’t feel comfortable with a therapist or feel they are not listening to you, it’s not a good sign. Don’t be afraid to try someone else.
You can certainly ask around, but keep in mind that what works for one person might not work for you. Each therapist has a different approach, so your own experience is the best guide.
That can happen—and it’s perfectly okay. The first session is mainly about finding out if you and the therapist are a good fit. If you have doubts, you can switch to another therapist. It’s important that you feel comfortable.
Therapy costs can vary, and a higher price does not necessarily mean better quality. Consider your financial situation—some insurance companies may contribute to the cost of therapy.

In the first session, we set the foundation for our cooperation while also diving into your topics right away. Together, we look for paths and possible solutions that can be useful to you. In follow-up sessions, we build on what works and focus on positive changes.
Payment: via QR code or bank transfer (invoice).
Cancellation: at least 24 hours in advance; later cancellations are subject to a full fee.
Consultations can also be held online, or in English with selected therapists.
Choose from the available times and reserve your spot.
It’s quick, simple, and only takes a moment.

You don’t need to book a session right away. Maybe, for now, it’s enough just to ask what you’re curious about. We’ll be happy to answer and together find out what might work best for you.
