My name is Jana, and my path toward therapy was inspired by studying philosophy, history, and later social work.
During those years, I discovered that while theoretical knowledge is important to me, I find true fulfillment in working with people. At present, I support those facing mental illness through social rehabilitation programs. For me, therapy is not only a process of seeking new paths but also a way to return to the values and inner strengths that help us overcome life’s challenges. Mental health and mental illness are matters of the heart for me, yet in therapy I openly focus on any topic you wish to bring.
In my free time, I enjoy wandering through both cities and nature—getting lost and then finding my way again. I love black tea, good literature, and I absolutely adore potatoes with butter.
At the moment, I offer consultations exclusively online.
